Hello, My name is Ren'Cia Rolling I am currently a senior at Seton Academy in South Holland, IL. This would be my first year at a Private School so wish me best. I was previously attending Thornton Fractional South High School. I played basketball for two years there until I fractured my 5th metatarsal and had to sit out my junior season. My freshman year I was asked to move up to play on the sophomores team. That season we went 20-6 overall that was a great season. I was a point guard averaging 20 points a game. Then my sophomore year when I was on varsity I noticed that it wasn't about me be able to score it was about my overall game. Once I noticed that I could score when ever I felt like it , I changed my game up. I started making every one of my games a double-double. Since I was the only point guard that had a clue about basketball I started helping my teammates get attached to my passes and the way I played. Even though it took them the end of the season to get use to my passes, I still helped them. My sophomore year at Thornton Fractional South I received plenty of rewards, I received the All-Area reward, I received the all-conference reward, I tied the record of 13 assist in one game and I even broke the record for most 3 pointers made in a game. Over the time that I sat out because of my injury all I did was train. I trained after the 8 weeks was over and it took me a while to get back to how I used to play but now I play 10x better and stronger. I have trained so well that when AAU season came around our last game at the All-State Area I scored at the most 27 points. I am 17 years old and I love the sport of basketball. I plan on continuing my dream in college and becoming the best female basketball point guard there is to become.
