Personal Statement

I enjoy both basketball and track and field. I consider myself a power-type player, enjoying the opportunities to bang around in the post, while also popping out for a soft 17 foot jumper. My shot is modeled after shooting legend Rick Mount, whom I worked with to develop my jumper. As a sophomore, I was first team all-conference in basketball and sectional champion is discus and shot put. I'm also a National Honor society student, so you will get the full package of brains and brawn with me!

2013 Eastbrook 8th Grade Girls (IN) (8th Grade School)
Regular season and conference tournament champions, county tournament champions, McCulloch tournament champions. Final season record 18-1. Lead team in scoring, rebounds, blocks, and was 2nd in steals. Playing was typically limited to 2.5 quarters, due to team dominance. Still averaged 15.3 points and 8.2 rebounds in that time. Teams started double and triple teaming me this season, and also ran a lot of box and one and triangle and two to throw different looks at me.
2012 Eastbrook 7th Grade Girls (7th Grade School Team)
Regular season and conference tournament champions, county tournament champions, McCulloch Tournament champions, with final record of 17-1. Lead team in scoring, rebounds, and blocks.
2012 Eastbrook Panthers Travel (8th Grade)
League and Tournament Champions, with a record of 9-1. Lead team in scoring, rebounds, blocks, and was 2nd in steals.

I have teamed with former professional basketball player, and arguably one of the purest shooters ever, Rick Mount. I have attended 3 of his shooting camps and scheduled private lessons with him to continue my goal to become the best shooter I can be. It has really helped me develop my game, as I have always been strong underneath, but I am now a serious mid-range and 3 point threat.
