Wei-Chun Chao '19 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to get into one of the three NCAA division basketball teams because I have been playing basketball since I was four years old and I think I am ready and willing to challenge myself at a higher level. I have been on the SMIC Private School Shanghai's girls varsity basketball team since seventh grade and was always a starter point guard. I may not be the tallest or the strongest player compared to local American kids, but I definitely possess the skills and work ethic that college coaches want. I am looking for a school that provides both architecture and basketball program. Although architecture requires huge amount of time and efforts, I still believe that if I get into a team, I would always challenge myself to study and play hard.
