Rachel Wall '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Rachel. I am 17 years old and am a Senior at Freeport Highschool. I play both varsity soccer and basketball at my highschool. Sports are my passion because I have a physical talent to play sports, I enjoying playing against talented and competitive oponnents, and I like to push my self to get better at the things I love. I also enjoy volunteering at my church and singing with my friends. I enjoy playing lots of other sports like tennis for fun. I would like to play college sports because they teach you things beyond being athletic. For example, working with a team and being a leader. I like the competitive aspect of sports and I love working in a team environment. In basketball, I play post and even step out to play as a shooting guard and forward mix. I enjoy using post moves and finishing at the rim. I always sprint the floor in transition to push the ball up faster and to get a quite basket. My team has been very successful and has been so close to winning playoffs. I look forward to help my team reach a state title. I will do that by working hard everyday to get better and play travel basketball in the offseason to improve my basketball skills. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile!
