I aspire to become the best student-athlete that I can. I take advantage of every opportunity, big or small, to further my basketball education. Furthermore, when I play basketball, I feel freed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and it really gives me a chance to recharge. Basketball also helps develop my leadership attributes such as communication (including listening), patience and inspiring my teammates to be better. I compete on the court and in the classroom. I work very hard to maintain my 4.0 GPA and encourage others to do the same. With my family's love, support and my determination, I can achieve what I aspire to become.
