Mia Huberty '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mia Huberty and I am a fierce competitor both on and off the court. In the classroom, I accept nothing but the best from myself. I am ranked first in my class and have maintained a 4.2 GPA while taking Advanced Placement classes. Excelling in academics, as well as athletics, have taught me how to set goals for myself and manage my time well so I can achieve those goals. I also play middle hitter on my high school's varsity volleyball team.  I am involved in the National Honors Society and EPIC which encourages positive influences and choices. I enjoy volunteering with my church's youth group. If you talked with any of my coaches they would tell you that I am a level headed player who can stay calm under high-pressure situations. I see the court well and I am very coachable. I put the team first and I feel best when I can help others succeed. I take pride in working hard and never getting out hustled. I believe all these qualities will assist me in accomplishing my dream of being a college athlete. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little better.
