Alli Roh '18 Recruiting Profile

I LOVE the game of basketball.  I love the opportunities I have to grow with teammates, to challenge myself to improve daily, and the life skills it teaches along the way.  The process of growth toward a common goal drives me to work hard everyday.  I LOVE to win....I'm not going to lie I HATE losing.  I know its just a game and I can learn from losses and grow from them....but I still HATE to lose!  I play a variety of positions in high school. Being 6 foot in high school lands me in the paint often but I also bring the ball up on our press and can hit the outside shot to spread the defense. Though basketball is a huge part of my life it is not all that I do.  I am very active in my high school.  I am apart of our student leadership athletic group...We are Sparta.  I play the flute in the school marching band.  I enjoy our school CSI Bible study group, and love Lunch bunch (a group to bridge the gap between special needs students and the rest of the school).  I work hard in the classroom, challenging myself with honors courses and have maintained a 4.26 GPA.  My faith in Jesus is a very big part of my life and the focus of all that I do.  

I do believe the hard work and dedication will pay off, in both basketball and life!!
