Kaitlin "KJ" Roh '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kaitlin "KJ" Roh and I love the game of basketball.  Basketball has given me a great work ethic, and I translate this skill to everything I do.

I am highly involved in school, church, and sports.  I get all A's and a few B+'s in school, and take mostly AP and weighted or differentiated classes.  I am involved in many clubs at my high school, including Lunch Bunch and Key Club.  Lunch Bunch gives me the opportunity to eat lunch with SPED (Special Education) kids once a week.  This experience has helped me come to appreciate and respect different perspectives and points of view.  I have been able to translate this experience to my teammates, as I have had the opportunity to play basketball with many different people from many different walks of life.

Key Club allows me opportunities to volunteer in my community.  I also am highly involved in my church, and hold a leadership position in my youth group.  I try to translate my character and academics to the basketball court.  I am passionate about many things, especially basketball.  I work hard and give my best effort every time I step on the court.  I love playing basketball, and hope to continue to improve in the next couple of years.
