Najya O’neal '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi. My name is Najya O'Neal. I am a student-athlete attending Burke High School in Omaha, NE. 2022-2023 will be my Junior year. I consider myself primarily a pass-first point guard/lockdown defender. I look to score when necessary but I am most comfortable reading the defense and looking for my teammates to set them up for easy scores. Since playing defense is one of my strengths, I always look to guard the opposing team's best guard/wing. I think my athleticism, basketball IQ, passing ability and will to compete will set me apart from other recruits. I love playing basketball and I know I can help a team be better at the next level. I aspire to go to a school where I can continue to grow in the game of basketball while I study engineering or medicine.
