Peyton Scott '28 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Peyton Scott. I am 14 years old, a freshman in high school, and a multi-sport athlete. I have had a love for basketball since I was a little girl. Some of my biggest assets on the court are my speed, my court vision, and ball handling. I mainly play guard, but do end up going in to the post as well sometimes. I have been lucky enough to play for multiple travel teams which have had a huge impact on improving my skills. 

I have started my varsity basketball career this season and have been enjoying it very much. I have learned much playing at a higher level and cannot wait to keep working and getting better. 

The most special moment for me in my basketball career so far was when we were playing in a very close game we were winning by one, and I made two very big consecutive free throws to secure the win against a team we had lost to previously.

What I would like to accomplish in college is to excel in my academics, and to continue my basketball career. I would love to either go into medicine or law because both of those fields help people, which I love to do.
