Mikaela Bordonaro '15 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Mikaela Bordonaro and I attend Baruch College Campus High School I will graduate in 2015 and I have played all positions because my team is very small. I have been playing basketball for 12 years now and it is still my passion. It is what drives me to succeed. I have been a starter at Baruch for 3 years and was 6th man of the bench freshman year. My team counts on me to preform. I have also played at Children's Aid Society in Harlem for 6 years now. I am a hard worker and I never give up. I learn quickly but I also have been in the game for a long time. I am unselfish but I can also be demanding when need be.   

I am not so sure about what I would like to study but I am interested in Physical therapy, Social Sciences or Physical Sciences. One thing is certain though and that is that basketball is my love and my life. I practice pretty much everyday and my life revolves around it. I can't imagine not playing basketball throughout my college experience. 

I have character on the court. It is totally different from any other aspect of my life. I play basketball like it is the last time I am going to play because you really never know when your last time will be. I am a leader on and off the court and I strive to make every moment count. When I look back on my life in 40 years I don't want to say what if, I just want to do it all.
