Hello my name is Kendall, and I am a Sophomore with a 3.7 GPA at Columbus Academy. Columbus Academy is one of the premier coeducational country day schools in the United States. This year (2024-2025 season) I was awarded the Central Buckeye League All Conference First Team award. Also, last year (2023-2024 season) as the only freshman on Varsity, I earned Central Buckeye League - All Conference First Team and All District Honorable Mention awards. I have worked extremely hard to make an impact on the court, and I am proud to average 21 points, 4 assists, and 8 rebounds per game. Contributing to my team's success in multiple ways is something I take seriously, whether it is scoring, setting up my teammates, or helping out on defense. I am constantly striving to be the best player I can be.
Over the years, I have learned how to read the floor, make smart decisions, and adapt to different situations while maintaining skills that have become second nature to me as a point guard. Additionally, I am currently playing AAU basketball this season for All Ohio 16U.
Leadership is something I take a lot of pride in. Whether I am calling plays on the court or encouraging my teammates off it, I try to lead by example and stay composed no matter what the situation is. My court vision is one of my strongest assets, allowing me to make quick, smart passes and create opportunities for others. I have always believed that making the right play is more important than chasing individual stats.
Above all, I am a team player. Basketball is about working together, and I love being able to lift my teammates up and help them succeed. It is not just about what I can do, but how we can perform as a unit. I am excited about what the future holds, and I know that with hard work and dedication, there is so much more to achieve.
My ultimate goal is to play college basketball while majoring in health science. I am committed to continuing my growth as a player and contributing to the success of any team I am part of. I know the journey ahead requires hard work and dedication, and I am prepared to give everything I have to reach that next level. College basketball offers the chance to compete at an even higher level, and I am excited to take on the challenges and opportunities that come with it. I look forward to hearing from you. I am interested in your program and getting to know your coaching staff. Please check out my highlights from this school season. All the best, Kendall https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qDqS9X55iEHwdZUEnelxboWuAGQgkIwn/view?usp=drivesdk.
