Personal Statement
Hey I am Zara, 6'0 tall and I weight 220. Im capeverdea and black and speak 4 languages(Portuguse,spanish,creole and engli). I love shopping , have fun and play basketball. I was born in Cape verde, I've been in usa FOR 5 YEARS now. Im a veery smart , funny, very kind person. I love making new friends and be myself. I started playing basketball for my school (Juanita Sanchez) when I star in the team I was a freshman, I didnt really knew anything much back then.My school in the history this is the first time in the history that the girls basketball team won the league divison champs and we are stil;l underfeated team 16-0. It's been great season for me because i am a senior and graduating this year. It's a dream I have sense ai was a little girl is to play for a good college and hopefully make it to the WNBA basketball one day in life. I am the type of person that willnever give up on myself or anyone else, I work hard because I know it pay's it of one day in life. I hope I get into a great college, and play basketball and show my family and the ones that depend on me that I know I can do it. I believe in myself.
