My name is Sarah Hathorn and I will be graduating from A&M Consolidated High School in College Station, TX in 2022.
I have loved sports since I was a young girl and played on competitive travel softball and soccer teams since the age of 6. At the age of 10, I played shortstop for my softball team in the California State Championship Tournament. Later that year, my family moved to Texas, and I was introduced to basketball where I fell in love with the sport.
This will be my fourth year to play at the varsity level in high school. My hope is to find a college program with outstanding athletics and academics. I am in the top 5% of my class and I plan to pursue the health sciences path in the future. This summer my skills improved by playing AAU ball as well as daily trips to the neighborhood park to shoot and play pick-up games. I also work with a personal trainer multiple times a week to improve my strength, power and speed for basketball at the collegiate level.
My passion and work ethic for this sport has made me a dangerous competitor, and I'm excited to play at the next level.
