Kayla Barnett '23 Recruiting Profile

 Ever since I started playing when I was 9 years young, I've always wanted to play in college to compete at a higher level. Watching college and pro basketball players on TV made me even more excited to play the game, learn new skills, and win. Basketball is a sport where I can release my emotions, I love having fun and getting hyped with my teammates for a game. I'm aggressive, scrappy, not afraid to get in there and fight so my team will have possession of the ball. I also anticipate what the player will do next which leads me to have multiple steals a game. I love to work hard especially compete to beat my opponents.  I Stay Ready so I Won't Have to Get Ready!
