Basketball has been a sport I played all my life. I started playing basketball when I was 6 years old, so basketball is a part of who I am. I can't imagine my life without it. I learned many life lessons through basketball, keeping me attached to the game. I have been a starting varsity player at North Shore High School since I was a freshman.
My skills are based off of my favorite players; Kobe Bryant, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Durant. I took some moves and tips from all of those players. I'm a fast, big, and athletic guard. I have a pretty high IQ and I can finish around the rim.
My academic goals for high school are to score at least a 26 on the ACT and get top 5%-10% in my class for. For college, I want to finish pre-med and pass all my classes with nothing lower than a B.
I have overcome many obstacles to get to my position. At the begining of my career, it was hard to find a gym to train, so I had to go to outside courts which can cause injury to the knees in the long run. But with the help of my mom, I was able to get inside a gym.
