2017 HighlightsFirst of all my goal is to play college basketball at a college that will challenge me in basketball and in my post secondary education. Kinesiology and elementary education is what I am most interested in. I focus on the details that will get me to the end picture or to reach my end goal. Whether it is a drill, I make sure I execute the details with precision so it carries over to a game situation. In school, I ask questions so I know for sure what my advisor is looking for and so that I get what I need to finish the assignment at my best ability. To help others I have found encouragement goes far. Consistent talking and communication carries a team. Encouragement sparks motivation and energy necessary to get my team to end a game successfully. Once my team sees me energetic, high fiving and talking-saying things like"cutter here", "screen left", "get through", "keep shooting", "good idea"- they begin to feel more confident, start to talk more, and a sense of trust and chemistry start to build. These qualities and my desire to excel in my education and basketball make me aggressive in the classroom and on the court.
