Meghan Gruse '21 Recruiting Profile

I have always loved basketball  and dreamt of playing in college since I was little.  My education is very important to me as well.  I am a hard worker and a team player.  This year, I am a captain and I loved stepping up to the challange. I'm also unselfish  and love to see my teammates succeed.  I have a fun personality and love to make people laugh.  My relationships with my teammates is very important to me.  I may only be 5'4" but my brother says I play like I'm 6' tall.  I am very coachable and work hard on my weaknesses.  Some of my strengths are my basketball IQ, toughness, being vocal on the court, work ethic, defense and personality.  I can't wait to continue my athletic career at the next level.
