Jada Eggebrecht '22 Recruiting Profile

Playing basketball is my true love and I put everything into it.   I am very proud to be the only sophomore girl in the state to be recognized by the WBCA as an all-state Honorable Mention.  However, I believe it is important to be a well-rounded athlete so I am also very involved and successful with my volleyball (2nd team all-conference as a freshman, 1st team as a sophomore) and softball (starting pitcher and first team all-conference as a freshman) school teams.   I love being part of an athletic team.  Coming from a small town in northern Wisconsin I don't have the same opportunities or exposure as someone from a bigger city.   My family spends lots of time traveling to get me to AAU practices, tournaments, and camps.   I will put everything I have into becoming a college basketball star.   I work hard in everything I do including my academics - I currently have a 4.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

When not playing a sport, I love to camp, fish, bike, and swim with my family and my dog, Peach.   My perfect summer day is at the lake with my younger sister, Kacy, and my dog swimming, kayaking, and tubing around the lake.   I spent this summer working with elementary school students during summer school, volunteering at the library, church, and Ruby's pantry, and hanging out with my friends.
