It has always been my goal to play at the college level for basketball; whether it is Division 1 or Junior College. I would like to continue my passion for this sport after my high school career. I have been said to be a very humble and hard working player and teammate. Throughout my many years of playing, I have come to the realization that you cannot win them all, which is very tough for me to comprehend because I strive to do my very best in every game and practice to get the win. My high school experience has been difficult at times. Towards the end of my sophomore season, I tore my ACL during a game, which ended the season for me. From that moment on, I was destined to be back on the court, just seven months later. That summer, I attended physical therapy almost everyday, rehabbing and regaining confidence in my knee. The next November, I wasn't completely ready, but I pushed myself to play. It was not the best decision, resulting in missing some games because of immense pain. However, after resting it and making sure it was ready, I was back, not 100% like I wanted to be, but I never gave up. Going through this major injury has given me a strong mindset, that has pushed me to do my greatest in everything I do.
