2019 HighlightsI am a competitive, service focused student athlete working to lead my generation toward the positive results of team building, dedication and lifelong health.
Unlike some of my peers I haven't played volleyball since I was six. I was a competitive gymnast until I was 10. It started with "mommy and me" classes at age one, by age four I was competing...and winning. I practiced between 18-24 hours per week, missing countless kid activities like parties and sleep-overs and wanted to find an activity where my skill level met my passion level. After trying ballet, tennis, taekwondo, soccer, track, piano, singing any many others I found volleyball. It was love at first spike. I walked onto my Jr. High seventh grade "A" team and never looked back. I'm a fast learner, I've been able to bridge the gap in experience with hard work and dedication and am now playing on the same teams my friends with more experience play on. I enjoy competition and want to be challenged so I can gain experience, grow as a player/person and implement strategies that will not only benefit my performance but help the team win!
My dream is to be a collegiate athlete. I want to earn a college degree and play at the highest level of volleyball that's right for me. I am a Six Rotation Outside/Right-Side Hitter looking for a program that can showcase all of my abilities and skills.
