Rebecca Jones '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Rebecca. I am 17 years old and while I live in Georgia I dive for South Carolina Diving. I was a gymnast for 8 years but after injuries, decided to continue my athletic career in diving. I have been diving for almost 4 years, but didn’t really start until August of 2018. 

Diving is very important to me because it gives me a chance to still use everything I learned in gymnastics. I am am a very hard worker and give my all at each practice. In the past year I have gone from no 1.5s on 1m to a 2.5 list on 3m. I don’t have much experience on Platform but I am willing and open to learning.  

Education is also just as important as athletics to me. I am apart of my schools National Honors Art society and Beta club. I am not fully decided on my major but I am leaning towards Pre-Law.
