Emma Patterson '18 Recruiting Profile

After participating in this sport for three years in high school(and one more to come), I have decided to hopefully continue my diving career in college. I am a hard working athlete and student that loves to have fun, try new things, and meet new people. Along with diving, I am involved in many clubs and extracurricular activities such as interact club, yearbook staff, model state, and more. I have bee a high honor roll student for two years, (Sophomore and Junior year), and an honor roll student my Freshman year. I became a diver after my 8 year gymnastics career was discontinued due to an injury, followed by surgery. Diving was the next closest thing for me to pick up, and it came to me naturally. I have been blessed with an awesome high school coach, Heidi Randall, and an awesome opportunity to dive with the Bates College coach, Michael Bartley.
