Jean Marie Maleszewski '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jean Marie, but everyone calls me JM.  I am a senior in High School in my second season of diving.  I have been diving for just under a year and I find it invigorating.  I was a high level gymnast for 5 years, traveling and competing  but switched to diving post COVID.  I am really interested in diving in college.  Presently, I practice with my team 2-3 days a week, but I look forward to the opportunity to have more exposure on the board and practice more hours. Though I am very determined to continue honing my skills and trying new dives, I always try to keep a positive attitude. Team bonding, high spirits, and being well rounded are just as important to me as diving, as happiness is what makes the sport so special.
