Miley Cook '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Miley Cook and I’m 17 years old. I was a level 8 gymnast at 10 years old before switching to diving. I was State Champion on Floor and All Around.  

I love the water and I LOVE to dive!  I drive 45 minutes to practice and 45 minutes home 5 days a week. Now as a Junior attending 3-4 6am practices each week then I go to school and back to Dive in the afternoon. After my practices are over for the day, I coach 2 different group lessons and I Love it! 

I’m very social, perky, positive and a leader.  My dive instagram is @mileycook.cda,  and  my private instagram is @_miley_cook_.   Facebook is @Miley Cook.  

I am an active member of Siler Presbyterian Church.  In my spare time, my brother and I collect and recycle cans and donate all profits to a children’s home.  

As a Freshman at Weddington High School in 2023, I was named to the All Conference team and received the Coach’s Award.  
As a Sophomore, I am honored to be added to the 2023-2024 All Conference Team! I was also excited to receive the MVP award for Weddington High School swim and dive team and the SCC Diver of the Year award!

I would love to have the opportunity to be a college diver.
