Aleeza Besharat '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Aleeza, and here is a little bit about me. I am a soon to be senior and Xavier College Preparatory in La Quinta, California. I first started playing golf when I was very little but did not start to take it seriously until the beginning of my freshman year of high school. As I started to play competitively I realized how the girls I was playing against have played a lot longer than I have which drove me to want to practice harder so I could shoot the same scores as them.  The more I began to play in tournaments the better my practices became because I was able to take the shots that I struggled with on the course, and practice them off the course. 

In my freshman and sophomore years of high school, I made the varsity golf team. Being on a team with upper-class I was able to learn a lot from them.
