Hi. My name is Lainey Addison and I am a Junior at Stephens County High School. I have played golf since I was seven when my father entered me in the area Drive, Chip & Putt. I fell in love with the game from that point on. I started playing golf for my middle school when I was in the 6th grade and just completed my sophomore year ranked #1 at SCHS. In our area tournament, I tied for 9th. I placed 1st for my high school (boys and girls). I would love to play college golf and study sports medicine. I am currently working on my career pathway at school and will start dual enrollment in August.
I love being on the course and strive for perfection on my drives, the fairway and of course, the green. Each year, I have grown as an athlete and as a golfer. For me, there is not just a select few months of golf season. For me, golf is a year round thing. If I can't get on the course due to weather, I am inside practicing my putting and chipping. Golf is my passion and hopefully, I will have the opportunity to play at the college level and beyond.
