Personal Statement

Hi, my name is Gabby Hubbs. I'm 18 years old and in my Senior year of High School. I have been playing golf since I was 9 years old. I've been on the Varsity team all 4 years of high school and have been the team captain all 4 which has been a great honor. This year I intend to improve my game on an individual level as well as help to improve our team as a whole by winning a conference title. I plan to continue playing at the collegiate level and look forward to bringing my work ethic, dedication, and optimism to the team. I am looking for a school with a good student and faculty community as well as a good Pre-law/ Political Science program. I look forward to building new relationships both on and off the course.

Hot outside and humid. Middle 90s outside and I had to play 36 holes . Shot 93 first 18 and a 99 on second 18. Probably toughest day of golf I have ever had between heat and humidity and playing 36 holes.

Very windy day so drives where a little off here and there. Putting was good and played well for the most part. Had 3 blow up holes. If i had straighten them out I would have knocked about 5 strokes off my score. Shot an 89 for the day.
