My name is Addison Schaefer, and I’ve been playing competitive golf for the past 5 years. Some of my earliest and fondest memories are of being on the golf course with my dad and grandpa, starting when I was just four years old. Back then, they’d let me move my ball around on the green and make up my own scores, which sparked a love for the game that has only grown stronger with time.
As I’ve matured, so has my approach to golf. What started as fun family outings has developed into a deep passion and a serious commitment to the sport. Golf has taught me valuable life lessons—discipline, perseverance, mental toughness, and the importance of building strong relationships.
I’m excited about the opportunity to take my game to the collegiate level, and I am actively looking forward to visiting campuses and finding the right program where I can grow both as a student and as an athlete.
