I’m Olivia Maynard, a junior at Whitesboro Highschool. I’m very excited for what my future holds. I’m interested in a health profession, and have been since I was a little girl. Helping people has always been my dream. I take pride in my grades and try my hardest to maintain an overall average above a 97.
I have been intrigued in golf ever since I was seven striving to hit the ball like my dad, and now I beat him. He was my driving force leading me to the love of this sport. In my previous years, I have had the opportunity to play golf with Notre Dame and Holland Patent. Whitesboro had the number of interested players this spring to start their own team. My golf schedule hasn’t been given out yet, but I will upload it once it’s available.
In my golf game, I am working to improve hitting the ball farther on my drives to lower my score. Some strong suits in my golf game are chipping and putting. Reading the green right always comes natural and helps my golf game. Chipping is my favorite part and helps to lower my score.
Furthermore, I am open to all opportunities. Being able to play this sport in college is a dream.
