I played in my first US Kids Golf tournament when I was 8 years old at Rattlesnake Ridge in Columbus, OH. I got my first birdie that day, came in second place, and have been playing tournament golf ever since.
My first golf team was in 7th grade middle school and we won our conference tournament. I led the team in scoring average and shot my first under par round on our par 27 home course. I am excited to move on to play on the high school varsity team and compete in out of town invitationals.
I play about 20 rounds of competitive golf each year outside of school. I love to travel and go to new courses. In 2017 I started playing longer courses up to 5200-6000 yards as well as 2-day events. My personal best score on a 5500 yard course is 80. I'm most proud of my finish at the 2018 IMG Ohio Junior World qualifier at NCR Country Club where I shot 77 with 4 birdies on the very challenging North course.
I hope to one day play in college and be famous like my favorite LPGA player Brooke Henderson.
