Jordan Vanmeter '20 Recruiting Profile

   My name is Jordan Van Meter and I am a 2020 graduate who is interested in golfing at the next level. When I was 7 years old LPGA Member Renee Powell came to our school as a guest speaker and spoke to us about the game of golf. Since that day I have worked very hard to some day reach my goal of golfing in College. I currently have straight A's in the classroom and work on my golf game almost every day. I have a swing coach that I visit every Saturday all year long and sometime twice a week during my season.

     If I am given the chance to golf in college I can promise that I will give my best to out work all of our competition. I feel that it is possible to out work my competitors so that is why I am in the gym 5-6 days a week working and have a golf club in my hand 6 or 7 days a week regardless of the weather. I love when it is cold and raining because I know my competitors are not outside golfing so I feel I am getting ahead of them during those days.
