Personal Statement

You can't wait for your dreams you have to go and get them.  Life is short and I learned that at a young age when my biological Mom died from Ovarian Cancer when I was 6.   Getting my degree and competing at a high level of college golf is not just a dream it is my goal. I have always been hardworking, whether that be in golf, or in school, my determination and my drive has helped get me through a lot in life. I am ready, and excited to put in the effort it will take in order to meet my goals.

  • Shot an 87 (45, 42) had trouble keeping drive in fairway on the front causing me to have to scramble. I played better on the back just couldn't get the putts to drop.

  • I shot an 86 (46,40) with 8 pars and 1 birdie. The course played very difficult if you hit it into the rough. Finished 6th out of 21. I wasn't happy with my round until I saw that only 1 girl shot in the 70's All in all it was not a bad round. Today was proof that fairways =pars

  • I shot an 86, 87 over the two day tournament. I hit the ball very well the course was set to 5,650 yards but played 5800 with 4 inches of rain from Thursday and Friday. I had 2 rough days of putting trying to figure out the soft but fast greens. if I could have eliminated the 3 putts it would have been a 79, 78. I guess I know what I have to work on over the next 2 weeks before I head to Kentucky.

  • Training to have more control on my swing by doing anti rotational core movements. They are also working on adding power through my swing by teaching me to activate her glutes, open up her thoracic spine mobility, and I give me safe but explosive core movements.
