Elizabeth Franchetti '22 Recruiting Profile

I started playing golf at age 10. Before that, I was a gymnast for almost 7 years. I started playing competitively about 3 years after, and ever since that day my goal was to play golf at the collegiate level. Playing in college is an experience that will only come once, and I want that opportunity. I am a coachable athlete and will strive to improve every chance I get. While in the classroom, I try as hard as possible to retain a high GPA. Grades are very important to me, and I have made honor roll every chance I have had in my high school career. Outside of the classroom, I am involved in helping teach younger golfers how to play; 2021 will be my fifth year teaching. I hope that my leadership experience in teaching will help me be a good role model for my team. I am open-minded when it comes to finding the college that is a perfect fit for me. I hope to find a college that challenges me both in the classroom and on the course.
