Sophie Orsulak '19 Recruiting Profile

When I was 6 or 7 years old, I began golfing and seemed to have a some natural ability. I won some tournaments as a child and I stuck with it and ended up on the varsity high school team when I was just a freshman, where I won the "Rookie of the Year" award. I also made it to States that same year and again in my junior year. Being a member of my high school golf team has been something I am very proud of, I have never missed a practice and never missed a match. As important as golf has been to me, academics is equally important. I have worked hard to be in the top of my class and I have achieved this. I am working toward a career in Pharmacy, hoping to specialize in research. I am looking forward to the challenges of college while continuing with my love of playing team golf.
