Savannah Romney '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a very motivated and hardworking athlete and student. I use my passion for both golf and school to push me to become better and I am very focused. I strive to be the best at everything that I do and I do so with very good sportsmanship. I absolutely love competing and being a part of a team that wants to be successful. I have held many leadership positions in my school. For example, I am the President of my school's HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) chapter, I am the Girls' Golf representative for Corner Canyon's Especially for Athletes program, and I am a member of the National Honor Society. All three of these extracurricular activities focus on leadership, community service, and striving for excellence. I am a team leader and I am very inclusive and empathetic. Academically, I am currently at the top of my class with a 4.0 GPA and I love learning. Athletically, I have played varsity golf every year that I have attended Corner Canyon and I have helped lead my team to two region titles and one state victory. Individually, I have made the All-State team both my freshman and sophomore year.
