Hello! My name is Annika Searles and I am a rising Senior at Neenah High School. I have been golfing since I was three, so it is safe to say that I grew up around Golf. While I have enjoyed competing in high school and local completion, I have placed a much higher value on the lessons and community it has brought me. I am looking to pursue Collegiate Women's Golf to continue these principles in my life. In addition, I have been transferring the lessons learned on the Golf Course in hard work, commitment, and integrity to the classroom. My coursework has challenged me throughout high school but enabled me for future success. My academic and athletic success is huge but the transfer between those two has built me into the person I am today. Furthermore, my Extracurriculars also translate from my Golf experience and the leadership it has given me. I am the Treasurer of National Honor Society, 1 of 4 Senators in Student Government with a class of 500, a LAUNCH Freshman Mentor, a Sources of Strength Peer Leader, and the King's Daughters Charity Circle Volunteer Coordinator. What I hope to bring to your program is a fresh mind who wants to apply the lessons she learns within your program to academics and the real-world. Not only will the lesson I learn from being a part of your program make me a better athlete, but a more well rounded individual looking to make society better as a whole once my collegiate career is over.
