Helena Stewart '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Helena Stewart and I am currently a level 10 gymnast at Xtreme Heights in Richmond, Va. I have been doing gymnastics since I could walk. My mom signed me up for a gymnastics recreational class when I was four years old and has been doing gymnastics ever since. Gymnastics has helped me grow in confidence that I will be able to use throughout life. This past year was my second level 10 season. Although there have been many ups and downs over the years, I have learned how to grow and move past my mistakes. I always love a challenge, and continue to push myself to be the best version of myself possible. My teammates, coaches, and family have helped me realize my love for the sport and how to manage stress to further enjoy this wonderful sport.
