My name is Brynn Scott, and I have played hockey since I was six. While in youth hockey programs, I started as a forward and transitioned to a half-time goalie and, ultimately, a full-time goalie. I love everything about the goalie position and have found a home on the ice between the pipes.
I‘m a senior at Duxbury High School and a goalie for the Varsity hockey team. We just won the 2023-2024 MIAA Division II State Championship last year, a fantastic end to an excellent season. Since eighth grade, I was a starting goalie on the Hingham High School varsity team before transferring to Duxbury High School for my Junior year. I was also a starting goalie for the Charles River Blazers, East Coast Militia Hockey Club, and the Hingham U19 town team. I am rejoining the East Coast Militia for the 2024 club season.
Hockey is my favorite sport, but I also enjoy playing field hockey for the Duxbury High School Girls Varsity team and the True Grit Field Hockey Club and Cape Cod Field Hockey Club.
I enjoy participating in spring and summer hockey leagues, tournaments, and clinics. I also attend goalie-specific training year-round with Stop It Goaltending and previously with MassCrease Goalie School.
Through hard work and dedication, my skills have consistently improved year over year. I am confident that I will be a team asset at the collegiate level and look forward to playing at the next level.
