Personal Statement

My name is Claire Riestenberg and I play forward for the Armstrong Cooper Wings Girls varsity hockey team. I am a senior at Armstrong High School in Plymouth, MN, graduating in 2024. In the 2022-23 regular season I had 28 points (17 goals, 11 assists) in 27 games, leading the team in goals and second in points, and was named All-Conference for the Northwest Suburban conference. 

I am coachable, creative, hardworking, and a versatile utility player who can play both forward and defense. I am a multi-sport student-athlete (varsity fastpitch softball), maintaining a 4.0 unweighted GPA, and scoring a 4 on the Calculus AB AP exam in Spring 2023.

I am working hard to reach my highest potential as a hockey player and student and am looking to extend my hockey career into college.
