I've been skating for four years. I've played house league for a season and a half and joined a travel team just this 17-18 season. That's all. So why am I even worthy of playing college hockey compared to others who have been playing for most of their lives? From going from a nobody to Assistant Captain in four years is quite an achievement in my eyes. I'm a hard worker and team player. I try my hardest to bring home the W and don't give up in tough times. The best kind of love is the love you don't have a reason for; that's what I have for hockey.
I am a good student academically. With my stellar grades, advanced classes, high PSAT score, and yearn for learning, I'd be a great fit for any college. I plan to major in engineering. I am currently a freshman, but I will be graduating a year early.
After going from playing B level co-ed to a girl's AA national bound 16u team, I'm shooting for the stars and working hard to try for a AAA team next season.
