Emily Phillips '24 Recruiting Profile

  I am a hard worker who puts my all into everything I do including hockey and academics. I played both Tier II  16u Elite and 19u for the York Devils during the 22-23 season.  In 21-22 and 22-23 I earned both the USA Hockey Playmaker and Hat Trick patches. I earned 1st Team All AGHF for the 19 U division for the 22-23 season.  I was also the leading goal scorer and point scorer for the AGHF 19U Division. I finished tied for 3rd for assists. I was selected as a player of the week in the AGHF as well as represented the Devils at the AGHF All Star Game. I am also very proud of my teammates. We qualified for AAHA District Playoffs but came up short of our goal of qualifying for Nationals. This has motivated us to come back stronger next season to achieve this goal. I love the game of hockey but I love even more the opportunities it has provided me to make friends with other players across the State and Country. When I am not playing or practicing hockey, I enjoy fishing and taking care of cats who need homes. I also enjoy rooting for the Washington Capitals and Hershey Bears.
