Rai' Johnson '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Rai’ Johnson and I have been rowing for 3 years. Since I first got into the boat I knew that this was my sport. Ever since then I knew I needed to go to the collegiate level. 

I have power throughout the whole stroke, mental toughness and a positive attitude. I am very coachable and listen and try new tactics all the time to try to find the right fit. I strive to be one of the hardest working rowers on the team. 

I work hard year round, attending each practice, all the summer, spring and winter camps, and going to the gym on my own time. In the classroom, I work hard to maintain my high GPA, of 3.7 and I strive to have a 4.0 GPA. Aside from academics, I have also been involved in community service. 

I want to attend a college where I can push myself academically and athletically. I am open to all options and I would like to find the right college to match my academic goals and athletic goals.
