As an athlete, I would love to be involved in a program that's supportive and provides a strong community. I want to feel valued at my home away from home. I would benefit your team because I am determined to do well, not only for myself but for the team. I believe I learn quickly and am able to take constructive criticism. I am different because of my perseverance and my drive to succeed, not in a winning type of way but in an accomplishment way. Winning is great however for me, its about the journey to get to the end goal that's important. I love finding solutions for a problem in the boat and I enjoy working on self improvement to make the boat perform better.
