My name is Lena Graham, I am a junior at Academy of the Holy Names and in my third year on the rowing team. I started rowing my freshman year to fill my time in between track seasons. I ended up falling in love with the sport and committing to it full time, putting in work both at practice and on my own time. My team, being based in Florida, spends a majority of our time on the water, so I am flexible in any position. I can sweep both sides although I primarily row starboard, scull, bow, and stroke. I have experience in all sizes of boats and I’m currently 7 seat in my teams 1st Varsity 8+. I have a big personality and am always full of energy and have a positive outlook towards everything. I embrace the hard work, dedication, and perseverance that crew has taught me and would love to continue my rowing career on a college team!
