Gabrielle Ryan '25 Recruiting Profile

I’m Gabrielle Ryan and I currently row for New Trier Highschool in Winnetka Illinois. I‘m hoping to be able to row in college while also balancing my academics alongside the sport I love so much. In college, I would be interested in studying either the Sciences or Liberal Arts. I have a very outgoing personality and I’m willing to work hard to achieve my goals. These aspects of my personality reflect onto both my athletics and academics because I consider myself to have both a very good work ethic and a desire to strive for excellency. I love my current team because they‘ve really allowed me to understand that every seat in the boat truly does matter. Through rowing, I’ve been able to learn many lessons about dedication and true teamwork. I’m very grateful for this sport for it has allowed me to gain not only a team, but also a family.
