My name is Natalie Weidner. I attend Brownsburg High School in Indiana and row with the Indianapolis Rowing Center. I’ve been rowing since the Summer of 2021 before seventh grade. Since I started rowing, I’ve competed in a variety of different boats, including eights, fours, quads, and doubles, taking on many different seats. While I did not go to Nationals in 2023 during eighth grade, my U16 coxed quad qualified. In addition, I began coxing during the spring season of my freshman year. I was asked to cox at Nationals in 2024 for a U17 men’s eight. I have also counseled for my club's middle and high school learn to row camp. I have started coxing for Indianapolis' Competitive Master's Team and the Master's Learn to Row Program.
As a student, I’ve been very successful and have received A’s in every class each semester. I’m in my school’s orchestra as a string bass player and have auditioned into the top orchestra as a sophomore, getting principle. I take joy in math and want to pursue a career in teaching math when I graduate high school.
