My name is Rylie Hager and I am a junior at Northfield Mount Hermon high school in Gill, Massachusetts. I have been rowing since the spring of 7th grade, I believe this is important because I have more of a feel for how the boat is working compared to girls just starting to row in their freshman or sophomore years of high school. I also am serving as the team captain on the varsity swim team here at NMH. To a team I bring both friendly competitiveness and a positive attitude towards more difficult practices. I have a deep level of interest in the Anatomy and Physiology course I took this semester, I believe that I would like to major in exercise science in college so this class really furthered my enthusiasm towards learning about the human body.
