Amelia Warren '25 Recruiting Profile

I am Amelia Warren I am a junior in the class of 2025 at Burnt Hills- Ballston spa High school. I am currently in my 3rd year of rowing. One of my best attributes is that I am able to adapt to new situations quickly. This has best been shown though out high school coxing career. I was brought on to my team as a coxswain in the summer before my freshman year I was placed on the varsity boys' team. Due to covid cancellations my first regatta was Head of the Charles. This led to many other opportunities for me to be around more experienced people and helped me grow as a coxswain. My sophomore I was transferred to the girls' team. Which was a steep learning curve but, I was able to adjust to the new circumstances leading our girls 8 to 2024 state champions and 11th nationally.
