Dana Williams '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Dana Williams. I am a senior at Archbishop Carroll High School. in Radnor, PA. I aim to become a NICU nurse and be the strongest rower possible. I am a great candidate for your team because I am dedicated, positive, and strong. I'm different than other rowers because I'm always trying to bring others up and treat others with kindness. I am self motivated and I feel being a good sport/team leader is important. As crew is a huge mental game and pushing through uncomfortable circumstances, having a good mindset from start to finish is essential to me. As for school, I am involved in campus ministry and best buddies, I enjoy helping those with special needs. I also work with the learn to row program with the new crew teammates of Archbishop Carroll High School. I am a well organized person and I can multitask through assignments, or work duties. I worked full time over the summer as a med tech in a private doctor’s office. Around my work hours, I kept a strict work out schedule to keep myself conditioned for the upcoming crew season. I strive to do the best I can, whether that's during practice or school or at my job. I give my 100% in everything I do.
